Collect data through Questionnaires by telephonic Interviews from different companies in US.
Conduct Market Survey, document the data and accumulate the information for further use.
Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT levels.
Generate database on various Industry verticals.
No Sales include in the process.
Fixed weekend offs and fixed shifts.

Fresher with good communication skills may also apply.
Excellent interpersonal skills with great phone manner
