Job Description:
Attending Inbound domestic calls.
Solving customer queries.
Acting as a primary interface for all customer service enquiries.
Good Communication skills(English & Hindi)
Handling inquiries and reporting to Concerned Authorities.
Updating customers with the latest information on a product or a service and assisting them with their queries
Desired Profile:
Undergraduates(second /Third year)/Graduates from any discipline.
Good command over spoken English & Hindi
Have the flexibility to work in shifts.
Good Computer skills.
