Ability to take on call calibration sessions with client/s, Operations team.
Ability to identify the gap between ‘As Is’ and ‘Desired’ in process/s
Preparing evaluation sheet
Taking quality sessions
Giving feedback to agents
Call Monitoring- Call Barging-Call Auditing-Quality Auditing
Desired Profile:
Candidates having experience into Voice Quality is must
Good communication skills
