SMSC/MMSC/VAS L1 Engineer Interview on 7 August 2010 Job Description We are looking for VAS deployment engineer with minimum 1 yrs exp in VAS produects from deployment perspective e.g. SMSC, MMSC, Voicemail, Video mail, IBD-OBD, Caller Ring Back Tone, MCA (Missed Call Alerts), Charging gateways, ARPU products, IVR products, SMS Gateways.

2. Candidates with Telecom background (MSC/ IN/ Roaming products- deployments, Commissioning, Integration)

Desired Profile Job Details

Experience: 1.5 to 3 years (In order of preference):
1. Should have worked on VAS products from deployment perspective e.g. SMSC, MMSC, Voicemail, Video mail, IBD-OBD, Caller Ring Back Tone, MCA (Missed Call Alerts), Charging gateways, ARPU products, IVR products, SMS Gateways.

2. Candidates with Telecom background (MSC/ IN/ Roaming products- deployments, Commissioning, Integration)
Technical Skills:

Good understanding of:

1. Networking (TCP/ IP protocol suite)

2. Telecom (Call Flow, SS7 protocols, GSM/ CDMA architecture, Message Flows)

3. VAS products (as listed above in experience)
Other important mandatory Criteria for candidates:

1. Should be ready to work in 24*7 environments.

2. Has to have willingness to learn technologies, team spirit and sense of responsibility

3. Should be ready to relocate to project locations In and Out of India based on project requirements.
